Within 10 days of the first sale of a cosmetic product sold in Kanada, a Cosmetic Notification Form must be submitted to Health Kanada, as required by sections 10 und 30 of the Cosmetic Regulations of the Food und Drugs Act. This notification does not remove the onus on the manufacturer that the cosmetic product meets the requirements of the Food und Drugs Act und Cosmetic Regulations.
