The Official Journal of the European Commission has been published with the amendments to the regulation of the Classification, labelling and packaging of both substances and mixtures (CLP).
The amendments introduce new and revised entries for the harmonized and labelling of 37 substances. These amendments will include a new harmonized toxicity estimates and values of Annex VI.
The regulation will come into for on May 24, and will apply from December 1, 2018.
