CSA Z76.1 Reclosable Child-Resistant Packages
Used For: 

Determining if a container meets the CSA conditions for a ‘child-proof container’ for reclosable packages.  In Canada, for instance, child-resistant packaging is required for consumer chemical products that are considered toxic, corrosive (or very corrosive) or are quick skin-bonding adhesives.  The CSA Z76.1 standard is available for purchase from CSA here.
