The Commission Regulation No 487/2013, which is the 4th ATP to the CLP (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures), has been released, adopting the changes relating to UN’s 4th Revised GHS. Some of the changes that have been introduced in this ATP include the addition of new hazard classes (chemically unstable gases, and a category 3 Aerosol), as well as changes to and the addition of various precautionary statements.
Suppliers
have until December 1st 2014 for substances and June 1st 2015 for mixtures to adopt these changes. If you have any questions, feel free
