This notice is brought to you by the OEHHA concerning Prop 65.
On October 10, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, subsection 25707(b). This regulatory amendment removed the reference to chromium (hexavalent compounds) from the list of chemicals that present no significant risk of cancer by the route of ingestion.
The amendment will be effective on November 9, 2012.
