OEHHA’s Proposed Amendments to Article 6

There has been notice that California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), has planned to amend Article 6 of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations, by adopting sections 25607.32 and 25607.33.

Back in August 2016, OEHHA amended Article 6 of the clear and reasonable warnings regulations. This amendment included personalized warnings for specific types of exposure listed on chemicals that can be found in hotels.

Comments regarding this amendment must be given to OEHHA by 5:00pm on September 7, 2017.
