Today, a new video has been released in our ‘Nexreg on Compliance’ video series, which addresses hazard communication (HazCom) issues for jurisdictions such as Canada, the United States and the European Union. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) needs to be updated periodically. Under the Canadian regulations / WHMIS system, there are 3 instances when an MSDS must be revised.
