National Regulations Governing SDSs

The responsibility of Thailand’s chemical regulation falls under the Ministry of Industry. Thailand’s Ministry of Industry published Hazard Classification and Communication System of Hazardous Substances B.E. 2555 (2012). The notification adopts the UN GHS based on the third revised edition, and sets out guidelines for Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring.

Thailand has adopted the UN GHS system, GHS has been implemented as of 13 March 2017.
