Switzerland has published a new list of substances.
Some of the new substances listed include:
– 1-(3,3-dimethylcyclohexyl)pent-4-en-1-one;
– (benzothiazol-2-ylthio)-succinic acid;
– (2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl) oxo(phenyl)acetate; and
– 1,2-Octanedione, 1-[4-(phenylthio)phenyl]-, 2-(O-benzoyloxime)
The Swiss Chemicals Notification Authority must be notified about any new chemicals that are either manufactured or imported into the country greater than one tonne per year, before they can be released to the consumer.
