Health Canada and U.S. OSHA have been working together to align workplace hazard communication regulations in Canada and the U.S. A Regulatory Partnership Statement (RPS) and Work Plan for Workplace Chemicals has been drafted. The RPS and Work Plan will be posted on departmental websites and the RCC website on February 28th, 2015.
