This notice is brought to you by the OEHHA concerning an amendment to prop 65.
On November 19, 2012, the Office of Administrative Law approved an amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25903, Appendix A. This regulatory amendment updates and clarifies a summary of Proposition 65 that must be included as an attachment to all notices of violation that are served upon violators of Proposition 65.
The amendment will be effective on December 19, 2012
