On December 30 2016, the California Air Resources Board, commonly known as CARB, released their reporting tool for multi-purpose lubricants.
This report for multi-purpose lubricants is mandatory for all parties that sell the lubricant into the state of California, and is due by March 31, 2017. In addition to this report, any person or company that formulates the Multi-purpose Lubricant for a marketer that is aiming to or sells in California must report the formula also by March 31, 2017.
In the report, you must provide all R & D efforts that are ongoing to meet the effective VOC limit of 10% on December 31, 2018.
