The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the adoption of the NSRL for tris (1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate and the amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b) on September 20, 2012. The regulation was filed with the Secretary of State on September 20, 2012 and will become effective October 20, 2012. OEHHA announces the availability of the regulatory text and the supporting rulemaking documents.
