Health Canada is currently conducting a consultation concerning a proposal to make Exemption Regulations which will provide stakeholders with the opportunity to provide their comments. The purpose of this consultation document is to provide you with important information related to this proposal, and to solicit your input.
The proposed Exemption Regulations are being developed to minimize the social and economic burden that might be created, under specific circumstances, by certain clauses of the Act, while still maintaining the health and safety of the Canadian public.
